At U.S. Bank, I worked on Smart Assistant, helping shape conversational banking experiences that made complex financial information easier to understand and act on. My work spanned UI patterns, insight cards, conversational flows, prototyping, and accessibility, while also building out a scalable design library to keep the experience consistent. I collaborated closely across product, design, and development to turn a wide range of banking needs into clear, cohesive interactions.

My second time at United Airlines, I worked on the Orion team, designing tools and experiences that supported airport operations behind the scenes. I worked across complex employee workflows, digital signage, gate and airport experiences, and a mobile-friendly design library that helped bring more consistency across products. A big part of my role was translating operational needs into interfaces that felt clear, scalable, and easy to use in fast-moving airport environments.

At Ace Hardware, I helped improve the online shopping experience by redesigning key e-commerce journeys and establishing early design system standards. My work included responsive experiences across desktop and mobile, from sign-in and account management to product browsing and checkout. The goal was to create a more cohesive, intuitive experience that could scale alongside the platform.

During my first time at United Airlines, I worked on the Mobile App and Notifications team, helping redesign experiences used by millions of travelers. My work included passenger-facing features like flight status, baggage and pet tracking, and CLEAR integration, while also contributing to gate kiosks, email communications, and internal employee tools. Collaborating across design, engineering, and brand teams ensured a consistent experience across every touchpoint.

At Nielsen, I designed scalable UI components, iconography, and interface patterns while helping grow the company's design system. Having previously worked with behavioral and demographic targeting platforms, I brought firsthand knowledge of users' goals, workflows, and pain points into the design process. By partnering with designers and developers, I helped create more intuitive, consistent experiences across complex enterprise applications.
